Using AlyaTrack
Terms of use
These terms cover AlyaTrack, operated by Yuvaraj Rai, and its website. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
A record-keeping tool
AlyaTrack helps you record and review sessions, bankroll movements, and results. It does not accept wagers, hold player funds, arrange games, or provide gambling, investment, tax, or financial advice. Calculations depend on your entries and may contain errors. Verify important figures independently. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your activities. Using a tracking app does not make otherwise unlawful wagering lawful.
Accounts and your records
Keep your credentials secure and use accurate account information. You retain ownership of records you enter and permit us and our service providers to process them only as needed to deliver the service and as described in the privacy policy. Do not upload unlawful content, other people’s confidential information without permission, or malicious code. Do not attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the service.
Keep independent backups of important records. Device-only data can be lost when an app or device is removed or reset. Cloud synchronization is not a guaranteed historical archive, and conflicting edits may require review.
AlyaTrack Pro subscriptions
Pro provides the paid features described in the app at purchase, currently Alya chat assistance, bankroll goals, and CSV and PDF bankroll exports. Cloud backup and sync are included with every signed-in account, including Pro. Monthly and Annual plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. No Lifetime plan is offered. The App Store purchase screen displays your localized price, billing period, taxes where applicable, and any eligible introductory offer. Free functionality does not require a Pro purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm purchase, or after an eligible free trial ends. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. An eligible annual plan may include a seven-day trial; availability and eligibility are shown before purchase. Cancel the trial at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid the next charge.
Open More → Subscription → Cancel subscription and confirm cancellation through Apple subscription settings. Access generally continues through the paid period; Apple may end a trial immediately when canceled. Deleting the app or your AlyaTrack account does not cancel a subscription. Use Restore Purchases in the app if needed. Refund requests for Apple purchases are handled through Apple’s refund process, subject to applicable law and Apple’s rules. Price changes are handled through the App Store with any required notice or consent.
The iOS app is also licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms do not replace mandatory App Store rules or your statutory consumer rights.
Using Alya
Alya helps you explore your records, look up public information, and prepare session changes through chat. It is optional and requires your permission to process the information needed for your requests, as explained in the privacy policy. AI responses may be incomplete or incorrect and are not professional advice.
Review the selected sessions, amounts, and other details before confirming a change, especially a bulk update or deletion. Only confirmed changes are applied. Deleting a conversation does not reverse completed session changes, and stopping unfinished work does not undo portions already completed. Service limits and temporary interruptions may affect availability.
Your latest 15 conversations are kept in your account. You can delete individual conversations or clear chat history in Conversations & privacy.
Availability and account closure
We aim to keep the service reliable, but features may change and outages can occur. We may restrict misuse or unlawful activity, with notice where appropriate and required. You may stop using the app or delete your account at any time. Export a backup and manage any subscription first.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation or guaranteed accuracy. We are not responsible for gambling losses, decisions based solely on app calculations, or data loss caused by your failure to keep backups. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
Updates and contact
