Keep a clear record of poker sessions, bankroll movements, and results. AlyaTrack is a record-keeping tool: it does not accept bets, hold funds, or facilitate wagering.
Need a hand? For account access, subscription questions, data requests, or a bug report, email our support inbox. Never send us your password or verification code.
Account and password help
In the app, open More → Account to sign in or reset your password. Open the newest reset email on the same device that requested it. A link opened elsewhere may require you to request a new one. Check your spam folder if the email does not arrive.
Subscriptions
At iOS launch, AlyaTrack Pro will offer Monthly and Annual subscriptions for CSV and PDF exports. There is no Lifetime plan. The app shows the App Store’s localized price, renewal period, and any eligible introductory trial before you confirm a purchase.
Use Restore Purchases in the app with the Apple account used to subscribe. Manage or cancel Apple subscriptions in your iPhone’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or open Apple subscription settings. Removing the app or deleting your AlyaTrack account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Your data
Guest records stay on your device. Signing in enables cloud backup and synchronization. You can export a JSON backup from the app’s data settings. Keep a separate copy of important records; changing devices or removing the app can remove device-only data.
To remove your account, follow the account-deletion instructions. Our privacy policy explains how information is handled.
